Annandale Medical Practice are delighted to welcome Dr S Malone  as a new partner to the practice. Dr Malone start with us in Septmber and will be working a Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.

Dr Gardiner is leaving
After working for the practice for over 20 years, Dr Gardiner has decided to resign from the practice. Her last day at the practice will be Tuesday 28th April. We wish her all the very best for the furture.

After several Years as our senior partner, Dr Gray has decided to retire a the end of June. We will miss her but wish her well in her retirement.

We are delighted to welcome to the practice Dr Linda Watson. Dr Watson is our new salaried GP who will do regular Monday and Thursday sessions.

We have listened to your thoughts and suggestions and are changing our appointment system. from Monday 8th June we will be offering

  • Appointments that are bookable in advance
  • Book on the day appointments
  • Emergency appointments
  • phone consultations

to facilitate this change we will have 1 week of 'book on the day' appointmetns with only a very limited of bookable in advance appointments


we will no longer operate the Urgent Problems clinic


we appreciate your patients while we impletement this change

PRACTICE CHANGES ( posted on Jan 22, 2015 )

Dr Venters will be leaving the practice at the end of February. Dr Fildes will be joing us as a full time partners on 5th March 2015. Many of you may already know Dr Fildes as she has woked with us alot as a locum GP. We wish Dr Venters all the best for the Furture and look forward to welcoming Dr Fildes to the practice team.

Unfortunately we have had to declare our list full and are not accepting new regsitration at the present time. We will update our website when we are in a position to accept new patients onto our practice list.

From the end of June 2014 Dr Gray will be on extended leave returning to the practice Mid August. Dr Milne will be covering Dr Grays surgeries while she is away. Dr Milne has previously worked with the practice and we look forward to welcoming her back.

From 01.11.13 we will be opeating a new appointment system. We will no longer have 'bookable on the day appointments' but will have more appointments available for booking in advance and for things that really cant wait, we will have an Urgen Problems Clinic.

From 1st November 2013 we will be disabling our prescrition email service


We would like anyone that would usually have emailed us, to use the web based order form that can be found on this website by clicking on the order repeat medication button. We have identified that far less errors with prescriptions occur when the website form is used which is why it is our prefered way for you to order your medication.

From the 1st February we will no longer be taking prescription requests by telephone.



You can order your prescriptions by the website, by post and you can hand in your re-order slip, see the prescription section of the website or pick up a leaflet from reception.



All requests sent by patients using the using the e-mail service are held securely and in confidence once received by the practice, however the transmission of your message via the Internet may not be secure before receipt.  By sending the practice an email you consent to the practice receiving e-mails from you and are aware that the practice can not be responsible for the security of your email until it reaches us.  Unfortunately for confidential and legal reasons we are unable to respond to emails.
